Annual Report

At the end of the first full calendar year of registration and once a year thereafter, all students are required to complete an Annual Report detailing the achievements of the previous year and the objectives for the next year.

This form is available in an online format that students can access via a link that is provided by the RSI administrative office.

This report is submitted to the Supervisory Committee for signature and to the RSI office where it will be reviewed by the Associate Director to identify student progress and possible areas needing further assistance/guidance.
