At the end of the first full calendar year of registration and once a year thereafter, all students are required to complete an Annual Report detailing the achievements of the previous year and the objectives for the next year.

This form is available in an online format that students can access via a link that is provided at a disclosed time. This report is submitted to the Supervisory Committee, where permission to continue to register in the program will depend on a satisfactory report.

A copy of the form must be submitted to the RSI office for review by the Associate Director to identify student progress and possible areas needing further assistance/guidance.
