Dr. Cullen is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Assistant Professor at University of Toronto. Over the last 10 years she has worked on the ABI unit at Toronto Rehab treating patients with moderate to severe brain injuries, teaching medical students, residents and fellows along the way. 

She is an investigator in several research projects in the area of acquired brain injury recovery and has a clinical interest in neuropharmacology. 

Dr. Cullen is the Chair of NepalAbility, a group that sends interprofessional teams to Nepal every six months to teach disability management to staff in rural hospitals in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains.
