Mindfest

Join us for a mental health fair and festival celebrating all minds.

Inspirational speakers include: Jean-Paul Bedard, Jack.org, Elaine Uskoski, Katie Robinette, Suzanne Stewart and The Bathroom Stall Project. Workshops include yoga, improv and Tai Chi!

A full day of speaker presentations will be offered, plus a Mindfulness walk for mental health awareness through the city of Toronto, ending at our finale party at Ryerson University!

Mindfest will also host a screening of The Other Half staring Tatiana Maslany & Tom Cullen @7:30pm at Innis Town Hall. Visit Eventbrite for tickets!
