Dr. Linna Tam-Seto is an occupational therapist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Tam-Seto’s research focuses on the identification and clinical implementation of occupation-specific cultural competencies, understanding the role and identity experiences of women in safety and defence careers, and the impact of safety and defence careers on the life course of families. She is also a research faculty with the Families Matter Research Group, leading mentorship initiatives to support early career researchers and research on the health and wellbeing of safety and defence families.
