Jackie Schleifer Taylor, PT, MSc, PhD, CHE
President of the Children’s Hospital, Vice President, Women’s Care and Executive Vice President, Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer at London Health Sciences Centre.
Dr. Jackie Schleifer Taylor is the President of the Children’s Hospital, Vice President, Women’s Care and Executive Vice President, Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer at London Health Sciences Centre. Her academic credentials include Baccalaureate degrees in Science and Health Sciences from McMaster University, where she graduated from Physical Therapy. Jackie also holds two graduate degrees, a Master of Science and a PhD, from Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Toronto. She has held university appointments in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto since 1996, and appointments at the University of Western Ontario since 2015.
Chris Sulway, PT, CHE
Special Advisor to the Minister of Health and Long Term Care with the Health System Transformation
Chris Sulway has over 20 years of experience in clinical service delivery and health care management. He is a physiotherapist who transitioned to clinical administration and corporate leadership after completing his Masters in Health Administration at the University of Toronto. He is currently a Special Advisor to the Minister of Health and Long Term Care with the Health System Transformation portfolio.
