Dr. Stella Ng is the Director and Education Scientist at the Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education. With a background as a pediatric audiologist in the public school system, her research focuses on advancing critically reflective practice and creating aligned health professions education approaches to foster collaborative, compassionate, and ethical healthcare., Stella holds an Associate Professor (status) position in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and the Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation. She is also a Wilson Centre Scientist, former Director of Research at the Centre for Faculty Development, and recipient of several prestigious awards and grants, including tri-council funding, the Meridith Marks New Educator Award, the Ontario Ministry Early Researcher Award, and the AMS Fellowship in Compassion and Digital Technology/AI. Her work has been translated into the Teaching for Transformation Program and the Collaborative Advocacy and Partnered Education (CAPE) Program.
