Yvonne is a PhD candidate in the Institute of Medical Science program at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on physical activity behaviors in clinical populations, with a particular interest in clinical trial designs and qualitative research methodologies. Currently, Yvonne is investigating physical activity behaviors in children with myositis at SickKids, aiming to enhance understanding and improve health outcomes for this population. In addition to her research, she practices as a physiotherapist and hopes to integrate her research skills into clinical populations to enhance patient care and outcomes.
